Senior Delivery Manager (Technical)

Internal Role Title: SeniorDelivery Manager

Work setup: Hybrid (two days a week in the office)

Work schedule: Monday to Friday,5 PM - 1 AM / 4 PM - 12 AM Manila time, overlaps with UK operating hours and possible out of hours may be required based on business operation demands

Employment type: Permanent

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Pay range: Php 104,000 to 142,000

What will you do as a Technical Delivery Manager?

Reporting to the Delivery Leads/Senior Delivery Manager, you'll manage end-to-end delivery from discovery to live service. You'll work closely with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders to align priorities, manage risks, and ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and compliant.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading agile delivery across multiple teams
• Managing dependencies, risks, and releases to ensure quality and stability
• Embedding non-functional requirements (security, resilience, performance)
• Driving continuous improvement and a collaborative team culture
• Partnering with internal teams and external vendors

Youhave strong experience leading agile software delivery,with exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and modern deliverypractices, coordinating cross-functional teams (including onshore and offshore), and confidently engaging stakeholders.
