Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business needs and software teams. You will translate objectives into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for delivery.

The role emphasizes backlog management, Agile collaboration, and close work with developers, product leaders, and stakeholders. The candidate should have 3–6 years in a BA role, strong SQL, and experience with Agile/Scrum backlogs, with ability to coordinate across US time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a BA or similar role.
• Working SQL proficiency to validate data and troubleshoot reports.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum backlogs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across US time zones with overlap.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document and prioritize business and functional requirements.
• Write detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for developers.
• Manage and refine product backlogs aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, and architects throughout the lifecycle.
• Define acceptance criteria and support testing and releases.
• Ensure reports reflect source data accurately.
