MicroSourcing is recruiting a Technical Business Analyst for its hybrid role based in Mall of Asia, Pasay. You will coordinate technology projects, interact with stakeholders, and support IT solutions to meet requirements, while identifying risks and driving delivery improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology projects to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure project alignment.
• Support the implementation and testing of IT solutions to ensure they meet specified requirements.
• Identify, assess, and help mitigate potential risks associated with technology projects.
• Monitor project progress and provide recommendations or course corrections to support successful delivery.
• Assess and improve project delivery processes to enhance efficiency and overall performance.
• Support the successful execution of initiatives outlined in the Technology roadmap.

Your Role

As a Business Analyst, you will:
