MicroSourcing, located at Mall of Asia, Pasay, Philippines, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a hybrid role. You will coordinate technology projects, gather and align requirements with stakeholders, and support IT solution testing to meet specified needs.

The position emphasizes strong communication, risk assessment, and process improvement as part of delivering initiatives on the Technology roadmap in a supportive, collaborative Hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology projects to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure project alignment.
• Support the implementation and testing of IT solutions to ensure they meet specified requirements.
• Identify, assess, and help mitigate potential risks associated with technology projects.
• Monitor project progress and provide recommendations or course corrections to support successful delivery.
• Assess and improve project delivery processes to enhance efficiency and overall performance.
• Support the successful execution of initiatives outlined in the Technology roadmap.

Your Role

As a Business Analyst, you will:
