Job summary

Private Advertiser in Makati, Metro Manila seeks an experienced business analyst to translate business needs into technical solutions. You will own requirements gathering, use cases, and functional specs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.

The role requires strong SQL, API, cloud platform knowledge, data analysis with BI tools, UAT support, and a focus on data governance, performance, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, system integration, and software development.
• Must have strong understanding of SQL, APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), and enterprise applications.
• Must have proven experience working with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
• Must have proven experience in tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Must have experience in process modeling and documentation tools (e.g., BPMN, Lucidchart, Visio).
• Must have experience in requirements gathering, use case/user story writing, and creating functional specifications.
• Must have data analysis experience using SQL, Excel, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Must be knowledgeable in API integration, system interoperability, and data flow design.
• Must have exceptional experience in UAT support and technical validation.
• Must have understanding of data governance, system performance, and security best practices.
• Must have excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Camunda, Power Automate, Zapier) is a plus.
• Familiarity with change management and release planning is a plus.
