Key Responsibilities:
Learn and interpret technical requirements for each project, creating detailed proposals and drawings.
Develop technical plans using software like AutoCAD and coordinate with clients and contractors for approval.
Oversee project execution, ensuring materials and installations meet specifications.
Coordinate with suppliers for material quotes, scheduling, and delivery.
Conduct site visits to ensure project readiness and resolve technical concerns.
Train, supervise, and manage a team to implement and execute projects.
Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Act as a point of contact for addressing client inquiries and technical concerns.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong understanding of aluminum and glass components used in construction.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to travel and be on-site as needed.
