Job summary

Penta Consulting is seeking a Technical Adoption Manager (TAM) for one of our key enterprise customers. The TAM will drive adoption of VMware Cloud Foundation, build long-term relationships, and map solutions to business goals.

This role requires strong VMware expertise and excellent communication, bilingual in Spanish and English, with a focus on executive engagement and delivering value over the course of ongoing customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience in TAM or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong enterprise virtualization background.
• Deep knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation technologies.
• Excellent communication and C-level engagement skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and own long-term technical relationships with assigned enterprise customers.
• Help customers achieve desired outcomes using VMware technologies.
• Map VCF solutions to customer business and technical requirements.
• Leverage expertise across vSphere, VCF, NSX, Aria Suite, HCX, and related technologies.
• Create Success Plans aligned to customer goals and technology priorities.
• Deliver roadmaps, assessments, and best practice guidance.
• Drive adoption and consumption through TAM playbooks and delivery kits.
• Act as a customer advocate within account teams.
• Collaborate with partners and Broadcom teams to ensure customer success.

This role suits an experienced VMware specialist who enjoys working closely with customers over the long term, driving adoption and ensuring they realise maximum value from VMware Cloud Foundation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own long-term technical relationships with assigned enterprise customers
• Help customers achieve desired outcomes using VMware technologies
• Map VCF solutions to customer business and technical requirements
• Leverage expertise across vSphere, VCF, NSX, Aria Suite, HCX, and related technologies
• Create Success Plans aligned to customer goals and technology priorities
• Deliver roadmaps, assessments, and best practice guidance
• Drive adoption and consumption through TAM playbooks and delivery kits
• Act as a customer advocate within account teams
• Collaborate with partners and Broadcom teams to ensure customer success

Key Requirements

• Fluent Spanish & English (written and spoken)
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles (TAM, SE, consultant, or similar)
• Strong enterprise virtualization background

• Excellent communication and C‑level engagement skills
