Aboitiz Power Corporation (Power) is seeking a Technical Academy Specialist to support the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the Technical Competency Management and Assessment Framework.

The role focuses on research, analysis, project coordination, stakeholder support, assessment administration, data consolidation, and documentation to enable competency profiling and capability-building actions.

• Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Technical Competency Management and Assessment Framework.
• Support research, analysis, project coordination, and data consolidation for competency profiling and gap analysis.
• Collaborate with SMEs, HR, line managers, and GTCOE to build technical capability across the organization.

The Technical Academy Specialist primarily supports the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Technical Competency Management and Assessment Framework. The role provides research, analysis, project coordination, stakeholder support, assessment administration, data consolidation, and documentation to enable competency framework development, profiling and assessment, gap analysis, and capability-building actions.The role also provides secondary support to Technical Academy flagship programs, information and knowledge management, and assigned Global Technical Center of Excellence (GTCOE) research, innovation, and technical learning initiatives. The Specialist collaborates with subject matter experts, functional leaders, HR, line managers, consultants, and other stakeholders to support the development of technical capability across the organization.
