Qualifications

• Proven experience in service provider/vendor management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk assessment, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with service provider management tools and technologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across different teams.
• Knowledge of KPI/KRI monitoring and performance management techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong expertise in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in PMP and/or Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Support service owners during the selection, appointment, onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding of service providers.
• Assist the technology team in managing service provider tools and systems effectively.
• Work closely with the Service Provider Management team on service provider management activities.
• Enforce adherence to the global service provider management framework.
• Maintain and update the Register of Information in collaboration with business owners.
• Conduct annual risk assessments for service providers.
• Perform spot checks on service provider management activities.
• Ensure service providers are monitored by relevant business areas through KPIs and other tracking mechanisms.
• Manage governance framework tasks and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of service provider data.
• Update processes, procedures, and documentation as required.
• Foster and maintain relationships with key service providers.
• Engage regularly with internal technology teams to facilitate operations.
