You will manage the full recruitment cycle—from writing job descriptions to presenting top candidates to hiring managers—ensuring timely, compliant placements at Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa.

• At least 2–5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Good understanding of technology and technical skills.
• Experience with recruitment processes and platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and technical requirements.
• Write job descriptions and post to relevant media platforms.
• Screen applicants for competency with job requirements.
• Arrange telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
• Perform background and reference checks.
• Present resumes of top candidates to the hiring manager.
• Offer job positions and complete paperwork with selected candidates.
• Track all applicants and keep them informed on the process.
