Job summary

Satellite Office in Manila is building a Manila-based support team to be the front line for customer calls and emails, providing initial diagnostics and logging every case with care.

You will help customers set up software licenses, upload files, configure systems, and troubleshoot connectivity and subscriptions for field hardware. You'll document all interactions to our standard and grow into solving technical faults with Australian specialists.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, problem-solving role.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Comfort with electronic documentation and learning new software systems.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts aligned to Australian business hours.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for calls and emails; log and qualify each case.
• Assist setup: license activation, file uploads, and configuration across platforms.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and subscription setup for field hardware and services.
• Manage user accounts and access across multiple systems.
• Advance to diagnosing faults and escalate to Australia specialists when needed.
• Document cases, reports and feedback clearly to team standards.
