Job summary

Full Potential Solutions (FPS) is seeking a Technical Chat Support Representative in Davao, Philippines to address customer needs with empathy and resolve issues related to troubleshooting, system functions, and installations. You will educate customers on support options and strive for first call resolution while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Technical Support and Customer Service experience, preferably in a call center.
• Experience in Telco programs is required.
• Strong willingness and enthusiasm for sales and upselling.
• Completed Senior High School or equivalent.
• Legal age of employment; at least 18 years old.
• Basic to intermediate troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-call resolution with empathy and confidentiality.
• Identify and troubleshoot customer issues across devices and services.
• Educate customers on available support options and steps taken.
• Install, manage, and troubleshoot applications and software as needed.
• Handle email applications and web-based mail clients.
