Job summary

Enable PH is seeking a Sales Associate (Retail) to be the primary contact between the business and prospects, helping customers identify needs and offering personalized recommendations while demonstrating products. You will maintain product knowledge and respond to queries professionally.

Role requires 6 days/week availability, travel within Makati/Taguig/Alabang, and a 1-month training in Mandaluyong. Prior consumer tech or customer-facing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduation is required.
• Career shifters with relevant technical support experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with consumer electronics or consumer technology is an advantage.
• Customer-facing sales or product specialist experience is an advantage.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with good chat etiquette.
• Willing to work 6 days per week and travel/relocate within Makati, Taguig, and Alabang areas.
• Willing to undergo 1-month paid training in Mandaluyong, NCR.

Responsibilities

• Engage with store customers to understand their need and offer personalized recommendations
• Conduct product demonstrations and answer questions on tech specifications
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and promotions
• Respond to customer queries promptly, accurately, and professionally
• Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors
• Expand customer reach across different social media forums
• Provide ad-hoc support to sales and marketing, as needed
