Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year college degree; fresh grads welcome.
• Has good English verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 30 WPM typing speed and good chat etiquette.
• Must be adaptable to a flexible work schedule, 6 days per week.
• Open to be assigned in different branches across Greater Manila Area.
• Willing to be trained at Pioneer, Mandaluyong.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries on ecommerce platforms and social media channels (training will be provided).
• Engage with store customers to understand their need and offer personalized recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and answer questions on tech specifications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and promotions.
• Respond to customer queries promptly, accurately, and professionally.
• Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.
• Expand customer reach across different social media forums.
• Provide ad-hoc support to sales and marketing, as needed.
