• Sales: 2+ years as Team Leader on a Sales account.
• Tech: 2+ years as Team Leader for a Tech Support account.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in phone, email, and live chat support.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like ZenDesk.
• Flexible with shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day planning and operations of your team.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Organize team schedules and adherence to shifts.
• Coach and develop team through huddles and coaching sessions.
• Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of teammates.
• Create reports of team performance and document client feedback.
• Act as liaison between management and your team.
