Qualifications

• College-level or college graduate required.
• 2–4 years sales experience, with team leadership preferred.
• Experience with technology products or electronics is a plus.
• Knowledge of laptops, mobile devices and accessories.
• Ability to monitor sales performance and meet targets.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Familiar with POS, sales reporting and inventory management.
• Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig City, Monday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Team Leader (Technology Products) to lead and motivate a team of sales associates in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has experience in sales team leadership, preferably in technology retail, with knowledge of laptops, computers, gadgets, and related accessories. This role focuses on driving sales performance, coaching team members, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales operation.

Qualifications

• College Level or College Graduate
• At least 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably with team leadership or supervisory responsibilities
• Experience in technology products, computer retail, gadgets, or electronics is an advantage
• Knowledge of laptops, computers, mobile devices, and technology accessories
• Proven ability to monitor sales performance and achieve sales targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Familiarity with POS systems, sales reporting, and inventory monitoring
• Results-driven, proactive, and capable of motivating a sales team
• Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig City, from Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Monitor daily sales performance, identify gaps, and implement strategies to improve results
• Guide customers in selecting appropriate technology products based on their needs and budget
• Ensure the team maintains strong product knowledge and provides accurate product information
• Conduct regular coaching and on-the-job training to improve selling techniques and customer engagement
• Monitor product availability, inventory levels, and stock replenishment requirements
• Assist in handling customer concerns, product inquiries, and sales-related issues
• Ensure proper product displays, merchandising standards, and store presentation
• Monitor sales transactions and ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
