Job summary

MISUMI Americas, a division integrating MISUMI and Fictiv, seeks an Associate Technical Program Manager II in the Philippines to manage high-mix, low-volume projects. You will bridge U.S. customers with manufacturing partners, ensuring on-time delivery, conformance to specs, and budget adherence.

You will lead project scoping, risk mitigation, and continuous workflow improvements, while coordinating multiple stakeholders and communicating clearly in English. Night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of CNC machining and other manufacturing processes like 3D printing, injection molding, or sheet metal fabrication.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• strong project management skills: scoping, timing, quality control, testing, and logistics.
• Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and aligning expectations through project completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design specs are met.
• Oversee work orders with our manufacturing partner network to fulfill builders’ orders on time.
• Resolve production issues and answer technical questions related to manufacturing.
• Evaluate change orders and implement risk-mitigating changes after sales orders.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Technical Project Management workflow.
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide solutions and drive efficiency.
