Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in machine shop with various machinery and techniques.
• Must read blueprints and set up machines to tighten tolerances.
• Strong math skills (algebra, geometry, trig) and problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of teamwork.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Philippine citizenship and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate conventional and CNC machine tools to fabricate military vehicle parts and customer fabrications.
• Lay out work from blueprints, choose tools/attachments, and sequence operations.
• Set speeds, feeds, and coolants; ensure dimensional accuracy with precision instruments.
• Inspect parts and troubleshoot machining issues to maintain tolerances.
• Document work and collaborate with team in austere conditions.
