Job summary

Compomax Tecgnology Philis is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our shop floor team in the Philippines. You will perform machine setups quickly and accurately, and work with engineering and CAM to develop CNC programs and fixtures for parts of varying complexity.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on CNC mill experience, familiarity with G-code, blueprints, and Mastercam, and a proactive attitude toward continuous process improvement. Safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Associate degree or CNC certification required.
3–5 years of CNC mill setup/operation experience with fixture design.
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
Proficient with G-code editing.
Familiar with Mastercam for collaboration with programming teams.
Strong communication and proactive in process improvement.
Shop environment safety mindset.

Responsibilities

Perform machine setups quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
Develop CNC programs with engineering and CAM programming department.
Design and aid in the fabrication of fixturing for parts of varying complexity.
Advise supervisor and programming team of technical advancements to increase production.
Operate machines to produce production runs of parts.
Maintain quality standards through understanding of the quality management system.
Monitor and performance issues and provide feedback to supervisor.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisors, and other staff.
Offer proper support and service to the supervisor.
