Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology-driven initiatives in Taguig City, driving projects from initiation to delivery within scope, time, and budget. You will coordinate software developers, analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams, while applying Agile and Scrum practices to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, Software Development, or a related technology leadership role.
• Proven experience managing software development projects from initiation through implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Scrum practices.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technology and innovation initiatives.
• Define project requirements, establish project plans and timelines, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, QA specialists, designers, and infrastructure teams.
• Manage Agile and Scrum project delivery frameworks, including sprint planning, progress tracking, retrospectives, and release management.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, utilization, and overall project performance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring timely escalation of critical concerns.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications and provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
