• Structure onboarding training requirements, including pre-process, process, and customer visits.
• Ensure all new hires complete their designated learning paths.
• Support employees during OJT training and go-live activities.
• Conduct refresher and remedial training sessions for existing employees.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure audit readiness.
• Generate regular training reports and monitor account‑level training metrics.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and developmental support to employees.
• Identify training needs and implement appropriate learning interventions.
• Collaborate closely with operations leaders to address performance gaps and improve business outcomes.
