Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer navigation and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused with good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Pasig.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous BPO, customer service, or technical support experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with technical concerns, product inquiries, and account-related issues.
• Provide step-by-step troubleshooting and guide customers toward solutions.
• Identify the root cause of technical concerns through effective probing and active listening.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and account processes.
• Handle customer interactions professionally through available support channels.
• Document customer concerns, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
• Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to the appropriate support team.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, processes, and technical support procedures.
