Job summary

Brightserve Solutions Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Team Members (Store Crew) to join our Baliwag location in Bulacan.

This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food preparation and service. You will work with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure guests have a memorable experience, handle orders, prepare sandwiches, and keep workstations clean and hygienic.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure whilst maintaining quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail regarding food preparation and presentation.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
• A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Basic food hygiene knowledge or willingness to obtain relevant certifications.
• Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and presentation standards, maintaining consistency and quality.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, sandwich makers and other food preparation tools.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in all areas of the kitchen and service areas.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, both in-store and through various ordering channels.
• Assist with sandwich preparation, assembly and packaging with attention to detail and speed.
• Stock shelves, refrigeration units and service stations with necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Provide friendly and prompt customer service at point-of-sale and counter areas.
• Clean and sanitise work stations, equipment and dining areas throughout your shift.
• Follow all company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet service targets and maintain operational efficiency.

About the role
