Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking enthusiastic Service Crew members for our West Triangle location in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This casual role focuses on delivering friendly service and creating a welcoming dining atmosphere.

You will greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve food and drinks, handle payments, keep areas clean, and support teammates while working flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. Training will be provided, and prior experience is not required.

About the role

A new food establishment is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Crew members to join our team at our West Triangle location in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst contributing to an engaging retail and food service environment. As a Service Crew member, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied with their experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for quality service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service at point-of-sale and customer interaction points
• Take customer orders accurately and ensure orders are processed correctly and promptly
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in customer-facing areas, including seating areas, counters and service stations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, resolving issues when possible
• Process payments and operate cash registers or point-of-sale systems accurately
• Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise as required
• Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling protocols
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth operations

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail and food service environment
• Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights and perform repetitive tasks
• Basic numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
• Food handling certification or willingness to obtain one
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Previous experience in food service, retail or hospitality is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
