Job summary

Brightserve Solutions Inc. is seeking a Team Member (Store Crew) for our SM Pampanga location. This full-time role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen and food preparation environment, delivering quality service on-site.

You'll prepare doughnuts and other items, maintain hygiene, manage inventory, assist with opening/closing, and support counter staff during peak periods. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a kitchen, food preparation or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment for full-time hours.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse team members.
• Reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons and weekends as required.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Preparing food items, including Doughnuts and other menu offerings, according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organize and hygienic kitchen and food preparation area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assisting in receiving, storing and managing food inventory and supplies.
• Following all food handling procedures and maintaining proper temperature control for perishable items.
• Communicating effectively with team members to coordinate orders and ensure timely service delivery.
• Supporting counter staff and other team members during busy service periods.
• Contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking supplies and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Responding positively to customer feedback and continuously seeking to improve service quality.
