The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of BPO Team Leader experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work onsite with shifting/night schedules. Experience in KPI monitoring and process improvements is a plus.

• At least 1 year of BPO Team Leader experience (papered experience required).
• Residing within Lipa, Batangas.

Qualifications:
