Job summary

The HIRD Corp. is actively seeking an experienced banking operations leader to oversee UK/US accounts and mentor high-performing teams. You will drive process efficiency, ensure accuracy, and uphold compliance across critical workflows.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in banking operations with 2-4 years in team leadership within financial services, plus strong AML/KYC, underwriting, and reconciliation knowledge. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree or undergraduate
• At least 2 years of experience in banking operations and team handling for UK/US accounts
• 2-4 years of Team Leader experience in a financial/banking account
• Experience in Mortgage, Fraud, Underwriting, Reconciliation, AML, KYC, Loan Origination
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, process flows, and bucket flows
• Experience managing collections teams
• Familiarity with collections data, reports, and performance metrics
• Knowledge of banking terminologies, guidelines, and regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
