Job summary

Anthesis Group in the Philippines seeks a Junior Consultant to support environmental compliance initiatives, validating technical data and ensuring adherence to ROHS/REACH standards. The role focuses on handling data, supplier coordination, and documentation under supervision.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of learning quickly in a multicultural environment. A background in chemistry or sustainability is preferred, with strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Engineering or equivalent (Chemistry/Materials/Electrical/Electronics/Sustainability) and 1 year of experience.
• Experience with parametric data and interpreting technical drawings/datasheets.
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing, BOMs, and materials used in electronics.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Document material and substance content of parts and materials from technical sources.
• Maintain and update project records and processes for workflows; suggest improvements.
• Collect, test, validate, and manage data for product and environmental compliance.
