Job summary

Technians Softech Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned SEO Team Lead to drive organic growth and search visibility across our marketing initiatives. You will mentor a team of SEO specialists, shape strategy, and partner with content, development, and design teams to meet business goals.

The role requires 2-3 years of SEO experience, a solid grasp of keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building, and proficiency in SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, GA, and GSC.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of leading initiatives.
• Strong SEO principles with hands-on keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
• Proficiency in SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the company's objectives, target audience, and industry trends.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-value target keywords and opportunities for content optimization.
• Oversee the optimisation of website content, including meta tags, headings, and on-page content, to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives, including site audits, optimization of site structure, performance improvements, and resolution of crawl issues.
• Plan and oversee link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and improve search engine rankings.
• Monitor and analyse website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Generate regular SEO reports and performance dashboards to track progress, measure KPIs, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.

REQUIREMENTS:
