Job summary

IDA Group Corp is seeking a Team Lead to oversee daily team operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to standard while guiding and coaching team members. The role blends hands-on leadership with people-management, serving as the main liaison between the team and management.

You will monitor performance against KPIs, address issues, and drive process improvements while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

• Ensure the team meets agreed deadlines and turnaround times.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Act as the main point of contact between the team and management.
• Prepare regular reports on team output, performance, and issues.

About the role

This role bridges day-to-day supervision with light people-management — coaching team members, monitoring performance, and acting as the main point of contact between the team and management. It's a hands‑on leadership role: still doing the work alongside the team while guiding, supporting, and holding the group accountable.
