Citco is seeking a Team Lead – Full Stack Engineer in a hybrid Makati setting. You will guide a skilled Agile team to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications, leveraging Java, Spring, Hibernate, Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Python.

The role requires strong AWS deployment skills and a hands-on leadership approach. You will mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and manage CI/CD pipelines while ensuring delivery across development, testing, and DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
• 3+ years of experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• 3+ years of experience with Python.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL databases.

Responsibilities
