Full Stack Lead / Supervisor_Hybrid Ortigas/Makati_Up to 150K

We are hiring a Full Stack Lead / Supervisor for a client based in Makati. This is a hybrid work arrangement: Monday to Friday with 3 days onsite per week. Shift is 9 AM to 6 PM. Salary is up to 150K based on experience.

About the job

The Full Stack Lead / Supervisor works under the direct supervision of the CTO. It develops applications based on system requirements, implements the software design and tests the software components\' modules, and provides system maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 7 years of experience developing and implementing software applications.
• Experience in software platforms across multiple organizational units.
• At least 2 years of experience in team management.
• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Functional knowledge of Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.).
• Experience with responsive development is desired.
• Frameworks: ReactJS, JQuery and Laravel.
• Knowledge of ORM (Object Relational Mapper).
• Version control and code management such as Git or TFS is a plus.
• Test-Driven Development.
• Analyze code for weaknesses and errors, and present detailed plans to improve them.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL/MSSQL/Oracle is a plus.
• Capable of writing and understanding complex queries.

Responsibilities

1. Research, design, develop, and test new applications based on system requirements.

7. Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace.
8. Participate in project activities based on assigned project roles.
9. Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions.
10. Constantly update technical knowledge and skills by attending external training or courses, reading manuals, and testing new applications or software.
11. Performs other functions and tasks that may be assigned from time to time as the business requires.
