Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a Team Leader to oversee an offshore bookkeeping team based in Metro Manila. The role will manage a four-person bookkeepers team, ensuring accurate, timely client delivery and onboarding new clients.

You will develop SOPs and drive process improvements while coordinating with Australian leadership on priorities. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in bookkeeping, prior leadership experience, strong Xero knowledge, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience servicing Australian accounting clients.
• Strong Xero knowledge including add-ons Deputy, Hubdoc and Dext.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a team of 4 Bookkeepers.
• Manage workflow, capacity planning and client delivery schedules.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Oversee onboarding of new bookkeeping clients.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows and process documentation.
• Drive operational improvements and automation opportunities.
• Liaise with the Australian leadership team on priorities and resourcing.
• Maintain quality control across the bookkeeping function.
