The ideal candidate holds a CPA license, has 4–5 years in tax, and proven supervisory experience, with deep knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR regulations.

Qualifications

• CPA license is required.
• Graduate of Accountancy or any business-related course.
• Minimum of 4–5 years in tax compliance and reporting.
• Experience in tax planning, tax advisory, and regulatory reporting is an advantage.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Lead tax planning and advisory activities.
• Supervise the processing of BIR Form No. 2307 to vendors.
• Coach and develop Tax Analysts to ensure high performance.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on the organization.
• Provide regular updates on tax developments and team performance.
