Job summary

Pluxee Philippines Inc. is seeking a seasoned Tax professional to lead our Philippine tax strategy and compliance. You will oversee BIR matters, audits, and filing obligations, collaborating closely with the Country Finance Director and external consultants.

The role requires 5–7 years of tax experience, CPA preferred, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Hybrid setup in Makati, with on-site presence and cross-functional engagement across Finance and Compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of extensive tax experience in corporate environments.
• Experience handling BIR examinations, tax audits, and notices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee tax activities and initiatives.
• Develop and implement tax strategies and plans.
• Stay updated with tax laws and identify risks or opportunities.
• Act as advisor to top management on tax laws and compliance.
• Coordinate tax audits, inquiries and notices with authorities and stakeholders.
