Job summary

QuadM Manpower Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to lead tax compliance and accounting functions in Metro Manila. The role focuses on supervising tax activities, ensuring accuracy of filings, and maintaining compliant records within Philippine regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, solid experience in BIR rules, and strong Excel skills. You will coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to meet deadlines and support audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience in tax compliance and accounting.
• Knowledge of BIR regulations and Philippine tax compliance.
• Experience in tax preparation, filing, and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines; supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor tax compliance activities.
• Prepare and review tax returns, reports, and supporting documents.
• Ensure timely filing and payment of taxes.
• Monitor BIR deadlines, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in tax audits and BIR-related inquiries.
