Job summary

Citco is seeking a Junior Tax & AI Automation Analyst to join its Tax Services team. The role blends fund tax operations with data analytics and automation across global clients, requiring a detail-oriented and technically curious candidate who can contribute to process improvement and digitization initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax (preferred)
0–3 years of relevant experience in tax, fund accounting, audit, or financial services
Interest in data analytics, automation, and process improvement

Responsibilities

Support the preparation and review of tax deliverables, including Schedule K-1 data and investor-level reporting
Perform data validation and reconciliation using structured checklists
Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and elevate issues where appropriate
Assist in developing and executing automation workflows for tax processes
