Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

• Ability to leverage AI/automation to improve processes and decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal English communications skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support North America Sales Tax operations.
• Conduct tax research and analysis.
• Respond to inquiries via the Tax Help inbox.
• Work with SAP, Vertex, Excel and related systems.
• Assist with tax return compliance and filings.
• Support audits and unclaimed property reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements using automation and AI.
