Job summary

Ascendion Philippines is seeking a tech-savvy, curious, and collaborative professional to join our Finance & Treasury Department and drive AI and automation adoption across our processes. This role sits at the intersection of Finance and Technology — acting as the vital bridge that translates business needs into working solutions.

You will identify automation opportunities, design POCs, validate with users, and collaborate with the Tech team to deploy scalable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Deep-dive into Finance and Treasury workflows to identify pain points and opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvement.
• Partner closely with Finance/Treasury stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Design, build, and iterate on Proof of Concepts (POCs) and prototypes using AI/automation tools.
• Validate solutions with business users, refining based on feedback.
• Prepare validated POCs for handoff to the Tech team, ensuring smooth review, scalability assessment, and deployment.
• Act as a connector between Finance/Treasury and Tech, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.
