Job summary

Insight is hiring an Income Tax Manager to oversee all areas of US corporate income tax compliance for a multistate, multinational enterprise. You will report to the Director of Finance – Global Tax in the US and supervise a team of 5 local analysts, gaining exposure across the US and international tax environments.

The role emphasizes AI-curious transformation, encouraging automation with Alteryx, Power Automate, and Workday ERP to elevate accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance required.
• Ten years related experience and/or training in consolidated corporate income tax returns.
• Experience supervising or managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise US corporate income tax compliance including Federal/State/City returns.
• Oversee tax provision calculations and related reports.
• Lead tax research and maintenance of compliance calendars.
• Drive AI/automation initiatives in tax processes (Alteryx, Power Automate, Workday).
• Mentor and develop a team of income tax analysts.
