Job summary

Citco in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Portfolio DataOps professional to join the Fund Administration team. You will collaborate with industry experts to deliver automated data processing, validation, and reporting for complex fund structures that clients rely on.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Credentials like CFA or CPA are assets.
• 2+ years in Financial Services with exposure to P&L reporting or operation processing.
• Knowledge of Hedge Funds and security markets including fixed income and derivatives.
• Strong customer relationship skills and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Natural flair for technology.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily operational deliverables aligned with client SLAs.
• Validate data feeds and ensure ingestion from various sources.
• Drive automation quality using middleware and data platforms.
• Load/process trades, update G/L bookings, and leverage automation.
• Maintain process standardization and focus on data quality metrics.
• Support audits, conversions, and new launches; mentor junior staff.
• Align activities to SLA and monitor bulk data feeds.
