The Moment Group in Makati City, Metro Manila, is seeking a Tax Officer for a full-time role based in Makati. You will ensure accurate and compliant tax reporting and payments while partnering with the finance team to drive operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include filing tax returns, maintaining records, conducting tax research, and liaising with authorities. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in tax accounting, strong analytical skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tax accounting or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of local and national tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using tax software and spreadsheet applications.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Open to work in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and filing accurate and timely local and national tax returns.
• Maintaining tax records and documentation to support tax filings.
• Conducting tax research and providing recommendations to management.
• Liaising with tax authorities and responding to inquiries or audits.
