Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management in Makati is seeking an Accounting & Tax Compliance Officer to manage tax requirements and day-to-day finance operations. This is a full-time onsite role with immediate start.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, strong knowledge of BIR regulations, and solid analytical and communication skills. Experience with reconciliations, invoicing, and audits is preferred. You will work closely with management to ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on accounting
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations (BIR) and compliance processes
• High attention to detail, analytical skills, clear communication

Responsibilities

• Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and file BIR tax returns and required government reports accurately and on time.
• Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain complete books of accounts, perform bank reconciliations, and monitor daily cash flow.
• Operational Finance: Handle invoicing, accounts receivable, and routine banking transactions.
• Documentation & Audits: Organize financial records and assist external auditors during annual reviews.
