Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a motivated sales professional for an onsite, full-time role in Makati. You will own monthly sales targets, convert leads into debt consolidation enrollments, and conduct financial assessments to suggest suitable solutions.

You will handle objections, close deals, and maintain a healthy pipeline with close cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of quota-driven sales experience, a track record of meeting targets, and strong closing

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of quota-driven sales experience.
• Background in consumer/digital lending or financial products is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Convert leads into debt consolidation enrollments.
• Conduct financial assessments and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle objections and close deals.
• Manage follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with Credit, Product, Marketing, and Growth teams.
