• Experience managing end-to-end pipelines, data tracking, and data quality output.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage field communications.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End TAM Recruitment & Area Management: Co-manage the TAM recruitment process across designated Philippine regions.
• Address Lifecycle Tracking: Dispatch, update post-visit statuses, and generate weekly recruitment reports.
• Deep Data Analytics & Reporting: Analyze data to secure panel health and maintain high In-Tab levels.
• Field Operations Support: Respond to field queries and resolve issues to speed up panel installations.
• Workflow Automation: Automate internal workflows and data validations using SurveyToGo and AppSheet.
• Cross-Functional & Technical Support: Serve as ES team tech expert and support other BUs.
