Job summary

SPi Global (now Straive) in Parañaque is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team. You will focus on sourcing, screening, and interviewing, and build candidate pipelines via job boards, social media, referrals, and events.

You will coordinate with recruiters to understand role requirements, facilitate pre-employment steps, and monitor recruitment metrics while ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools is a plus.
