Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Talent (HR Consulting) leader in the Philippines to drive end-to-end delivery across global clients, with P&L ownership and cross-location teams. You will oversee growth KPIs, build stakeholder relationships, and shape hiring strategies to support growth.

This role emphasizes collaboration with HR partners, talent sourcing, and evidence-based decision-making, while mentoring the next generation of leaders and driving learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12 years of solid industry consulting experience in a consulting firm and 10 years leadership/managerial experience.
• Responsible for Talent Global Network Manila node’s Chargeability, Recoverability, Personal Sales, and Growth KPIs.
• Leads relationships with Talent stakeholders to contribute to chargeability/utilization for the node.
• Guides HR/Recruiting teams, reviews write-ups and conducts interviews for selected candidates.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery across engagements with P&L ownership and multi-location teams.
• Lead deal shaping and ensure proposals are well written to win opportunities.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to execute growth strategy and optimal hiring structures.
• Mentor the next generation of leaders and drive learning bootcamps for Analysts and Consultants.
• Represent Accenture in client visits and maintain internal reporting (MME and MyWizard).
