Job summary

EY is seeking a Talent Consultant & Learning Coordinator – Europe West to join Talent Shared Services. The role combines Talent and Learning support, aligning EW SaT Talent Leader with EW SaT Learning Lead on reporting, communications and data-driven improvements.

Operations span Europe West initiatives with a focus on coordinating agendas, governance, and stakeholder communications. You will ensure confidentiality and leverage AI tools to optimise processes across a global EY network.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Talent, HR, Learning & Development, programme coordination and project support.
Experience working with international stakeholders in diverse environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to Talent Leader, translating priorities into actions, owners and timelines.
Maintain Talent plans, calendars, trackers, governance routines and action logs; follow up on deadlines and inputs.
Prepare agendas, briefing materials and leadership updates for Talent forums.
Support Talent processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, retention, mobility).
Coordinate Talent meetings including invitations, materials and follow-up; manage dashboards and status reports.
