Job summary

EY is seeking a Talent Operations ER & CAT Coordinator to support UKI Talent with advanced reporting, governance, and data analysis across Employee Relations and CAT functions. The role spans regulatory reporting, hub coordination, and operational support within EY’s GDS Talent Services network.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in HR/operations, strong Excel/PowerPoint/SharePoint skills, and the ability to work effectively in a virtual, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR or related experience.
• Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities

• Produce quarterly regulatory reports for UKI ER with governance standards.
• Develop and update internal HR documentation and guidance.
• Provide regular ServiceNow case management reporting and ad hoc requests.
• Analyse absence trends and support monthly Bradford factor reporting.
• Coordinate Hub of Chairs project and trainer onboarding.
• Prepare draft outcome letters and support case progression.
• Maintain lists, access controls and guidance documents.
• Coordinate with Finance to resolve cross-border payment issues.
