Job summary

EY’s Talent Services is seeking a Learning Deployment Specialist at Senior Associate level to deploy multiple courses within Europe West curricula. You will work with the EW Learning team to manage end-to-end learning deployment and program lifecycle, including planning, stakeholder coordination, logistics and evaluation.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant HR/Learning & Development experience, strong IT skills in Microsoft 365, and the ability to work across cultures and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant HR/Learning & Development experience.
• Experience in international environments and professional services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end learning deployment activities and CE credits.
• Submit requests for online, virtual, and physical sessions in SuccessFactors.
• Manage participant nominations, cancellations and reports.
• Support EW Tax Learning Leads and regional learning program delivery.
• Maintain program documentation, trackers and learning resources.
• Monitor risks, feedback and program outcomes for continuous improvement.
